We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 10 years.

Upon cancellation of your CLOSd subscription, the following automated data deletion schedule applies:

  • 30 days after cancellation: All personal information is deleted, including team member records, deal data, and task information. The organization record is anonymized and retained for internal recordkeeping only.
  • 90 days after cancellation: The organization record is permanently deleted from our systems.
