A seat is any team member who has their own login to CLOSd. That includes agents, transaction coordinators, admins, and anyone else on your team who needs access to deals and tasks.
How does prorated billing work?

If you add a seat mid-month, you are charged immediately for the remaining days in your billing cycle. From your next billing date forward, that seat is included in your full monthly charge. So if your billing date is the 1st and you add a seat on the 15th, you pay half a month upfront and the full $20 on the 1st.
Can I remove seats if someone leaves the team?

Yes. You can add or remove seats at any time from your account settings. Removing a seat takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you are never charged for the following month.
Is there a free trial?

Are there any long-term contracts?

No contracts. CLOSd is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account settings and you will not be charged again.
